Application of terms and conditions of use

Any person using or accessing Addictad and any of its parts agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of use as explained below and current as on the day of use or access. Terms and conditions of use are subject to change without prior notification therefore we recommend you check them on regular basis for any changes made. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of use, then you may not use Addictad.

None of the material represented on Addictad may be used for any kind of commercial purposes (including but not limited to reproducing, displaying, distributing or any other way of copying) without prior permission of the copyright owner.

Warranties Disclaimer

All users of Addictad use it at their own risk. Although every effort has been made to provide users of Addictad with truthful information no warranty is implied as to correctness of the information provided to Addictad by its users. At no time Addictad is warrantied to be uninterrupted or error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components.

Promotions and prizes

To promote your business on Addictad you must be a business .Your business must easily be found in popular business directories as we may contact you by mail or telephone for verification purposes using the information provided by these business directories. Prizes must be something that the general public as a whole would be interested in, but some obscure items may also be accepted. Prizes must ba advertised at the same rate as can be found in retail stores or online, if the price changes during the ad campain you must cover any extra costs incurred. Promotional adverts and prize pictures must be of professional quality as standard and advert content must keep the users interested. Please remember this is a family friendly site and no adult, violent or any other form of adult material will be accepted. You must be able to deliver your prize at no extra cost to the winner. Failure or inability to deliver a prize to the winner will result in your account being suspended indefinitely. You must supply the user with comprehensive terms and conditions for each of your promotions. Addictad reserves the right to refuse to accept any promotions for any reason whatsoever. As an additional deterrent, if you do not fulfil your obligation to supply prizes you and/or your company will be publicly named and shamed.

All personal information collected during registration is stored in a secure Addictad database and under no circumstances it will be transferred by any means for any third party.

Loss of User Data

Addictad accepts no responsibility for loss of any of user submitted data and any consequences thereof.

Jurisdiction and governing law

Addictad terms and conditions of use are governed by and constructed in accordance with laws of England. Addictad is headquartered in and operated from England. Therefore by accessing Addictad you agree that the laws of England will apply to all matters regarding your use of Addictad. You hereby accept and irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
